RANGE ROVER REVISITS THE CLASSIC

A bespoke Range Rover Classic, created to accompany the new Range Rover SV Ultra, highlighting how contemporary craftsmanship and material innovation can reinterpret one of the brand's most enduring designs.

The original Range Rover is one of the brand's defining designs, and more than 50 years after its debut, the marque has revisited this beloved Classic with a one-off commission that’s been specially created to accompany the new Range Rover SV Ultra. Completed over 2000 hours, the project combines the original vehicle with contemporary materials and craftsmanship.

The commission offers several features seen in the SV Ultra to the Classic for the first time; the interior is finished in Ultrafabrics in Orchid White and Cinder Grey, with laser-crafted perforated seats and bespoke detailing developed specifically for the project. 

Finished in Titan Silver, a new colour developed for the SV Ultra, the Classic features subtle updates to the exterior, including revised detailing and wheels that retain the proportions of the original design.

Following its debut at Monterey Car Week, the restored Classic will be offered as an exclusive lot at RM Sotheby's Monterey auction on the 14th of August.
