MARTINI LAUNCHES THE FALL GUIDE CURATED BY MARWA OMARI

MARTINI and Marwa Omari introduce The MARTINI Fall Guide — a self-care handbook designed for the slower, darker months — during an intimate evening at Rosewood Amsterdam. The idea is simple: make autumn gentler, warmer, and easier to inhabit. Omari, who balances a career in law with a presence as the Netherlands’ leading BookTokker, approaches self-care from a mindfulness rather than excess. The guide is the reflection of vision for self-care, filled with small rituals, calming moments, and a reminder that choosing rest can be its own small luxury

The night brought together a group of people who live and work around wellness, books, and lifestyle, all invited to experience the guide in real time. The setting of Rosewood’s warm interiors, soft lighting, and architectural details made it easy to settle into the slower rhythm Omari envisioned.

The evening started in The Court, Rosewood’s lounge, where guests were served the signature MARTINI Bianco Spritz:

50 ml MARTINI Bianco
75 ml MARTINI Prosecco
25 ml Soda
Fresh mint, lemon, strawberry

Poured over ice, lightly stirred, and finished with the garnish — a great opener for any intimate gathering you might be throwing in the coming months.

Lounging time was followed by dinner at Eeuwen, where chef David Ordóñez’s seasonal dishes offered his interpretation of the night’s theme. Conversation moved easily, but if anyone felt like running out of topics, the guide offered a set of reflective questions about books, memory, comfort, and the moments that shape us. Probably the only time when chatter quieted down was during the serving of The Pierre Marcolini Chocolate Mousse paired with a MARTINI Americano — a clear favourite of the night.

The evening closed at Advocatuur, the hotel bar with a name nodding to the building’s legal past. Dimmer light, quieter music, and a final round of cocktails brought the night to an unhurried finish. Back in the rooms, guests were encouraged to wind down with a simple night routine and a recommended reading list, including a fitting choice for the season: Before the Coffee Gets Cold.
