NIGHTCLUBBING FESTIVAL TO DEBUT IN PARIS IN 2026

words by PHOEBE GIBSON-DOUGALL

Just when we think Paris can’t get any better, the French capital always manages to deliver something new and exciting to remind us of its brilliance. The latest example? An exciting new dance event to close out summer 2026. From September 24 to 27, 2026, Paris will host the inaugural Nightclubbing Festival, a citywide celebration of electronic music, nightlife culture, and the political power of the dance floor. Anchored at La Villette and extending across clubs and cultural venues, the festival will highlight Parisian nightlife and its rich history.

What originally began as a party series and platform for queer underground artists—founded by legendary DJ, producer, and label owner Jen Cardini—Nightclubbing Festival has grown into its next iteration, the natural next evolution of its initial idea. Cardini—a pioneer of France’s music scene and a global icon with more than 30 years in the game—describes it as a “a love letter to the dance floor,” and an invitation to experience nightlife as more than entertainment, as a space of resistance, joy, and transformation.

Stay tuned: more information on ticket sales and the full-line up will be released later this year.
