SAMSØE SAMSØE X RIMON AT ADE 2025: ‘THE ART IN THE ARTIST’

It’s no secret that we love Samsøe Samsøe at Numéro Netherlands, and our team are sure to be spotted every year at ADE. So, when we got invited by the brand to their intimate ADE conversation with singer RIMON, we were sure to be in attendance.

Samsøe Samsøe’s partnership with the Eritrean-born, Amsterdam-raised RIMON was part of the brand’s ongoing exploration of creativity and expression and was a perfect moment of reflection amongst the chaos of ADE. In celebration of her concert at Melkweg on the 26th of October, the event was two-part. To start the afternoon, guests were audience to a meditative exploration of the singer’s creative journey, her Eritrean roots, and the evolution of her sound and vision. The talk offered a rare insight into her upcoming album, Children of the Night - a 13-track reflection on self-expression, independence, and courage.
For the second half of the afternoon, attendees immersed themselves in the world of RIMON’s music through a public music experience. The exclusive headphone installation was created in collaboration with Nothing, with the intention to embody openness and authenticity through the signature transparent design of the brand's headphones that reveals their inner workings. To finish off the event, RIMON hand-selected three DJs to perform, each chosen for their unique sound and perspective, mirroring her her belief in artistic freedom and collaboration.

RIMON and the selected DJs were all dressed in looks from Samsøe Samsøe’s Pre-Spring 2026 collection, giving guests a taste of what’s to come from the brand. Furthermore, for her show at Melkweg, the Scandinavian label designed a special stage outfit for RIMON, which will accompany her on her Children of the Night tour across Europe and the U.S.
Samsøe Samsøe’s collaboration with RIMON draws on the shared inspiration for the brand’s Pre-Spring 2026 collection and the musician’s album: a return to nature and connection. The collection reflects a season spent revisiting familiar places, reconnecting with loved ones, and rediscovering the moments that shaped us. In the same way, RIMON's music speaks to intimacy and reflection—an exploration of where we come from and the courage to define where we're going.
