MIA GOTH STUNS IN DIOR DRESS BY JONATHAN ANDERSON AT VENICE FILM FESTIVAL
editor MAREK BARTEK
Mia Goth lit up the 82nd Venice International Film Festival in a Dior brown crepe satin dress by Jonathan Anderson. The gown, finished with a sculptural bow at the back, took 75 hours of meticulous work to complete.
But more than a red-carpet moment, it fuels speculation around Anderson’s highly anticipated debut womenswear collection for Dior. This appearance might be a clue for Anderson’s new signature direction — sharp tailoring, refined shapes, and a nod to New Look silhouettes with a modern twist. Goth’s choice of a rich, unexpected brown is also a slight deviation from her usual gothic palette. It hints that Anderson’s collection may bring a warmer, more nuanced narrative to Dior’s femininity: structured yet emotional, and undoubtedly poised to redefine what elegance means today
