SAINT LARENT UNVEILS WINTER 25 BY ANTHONY VACCARELLO

For Winter 25, Anthony Vaccarello takes Saint Laurent back to Villa Oasis, Yves Saint Laurent’s villa in Marrakech, a place that has not hosted a campaign since the founder’s passing.

It was in Marrakech that Yves first discovered colour: the ochre walls, the saturated zelliges, the fuchsia light at dusk, and the deep cobalt of the garden. These contrasts transformed his vision and became central to the House’s codes. Vaccarello channels that same energy in a campaign photographed by Drew Vickers and layered with collages by Arnaud Michaux. Intense colours collide with silhouette cuts, creating images that are both sharp and luminous.

Rather than nostalgia, the result is a radical return to the source of Saint Laurent’s chromatic language. An electric study of contrasts—past and present, form and colour—captured in images that feel alive with the spirit of Marrakech.
