What inspired you to start Cleavage Clinic? 

For the past 10+ years, breast augmentation has been at the forefront of elective surgeries. We knew that there would be a group of women that would appreciate subtle and natural changes without the risk, downtime, and price tag of invasive surgery. Cleavage Clinic embodies a combination of expertise, safety, transparency, and tailored approach accompanied by a luxury experience without going under the knife.

How did your personal experiences or values shape the clinic’s focus on natural aesthetics? 

Our personal experiences were a big part of why we started Cleavage Clinic. I, Noelle, had been wanting a breast lift but was hesitant about surgery. I was afraid of not liking the results, dealing with scars, and facing complications. Instead, I tried Morpheus8 on my breasts and was blown away by the results. Bri, on the other hand, had a surgical reduction years ago, and unfortunately, too much tissue was removed. She was left with scarring and loss of volume. Since then, she’s done multiple PRP sessions, which have helped restore volume and improve overall texture. Both of our journeys combined with our background in aesthetics made us realize there had to be a less invasive way for women to feel confident in their bodies, so we created it.

Sculptra is usually associated with facial volume—how have you adapted it for breast enhancement?

Sculptra is used all over the body, including the face, neck, buttocks, and at Cleavage Clinic, the breasts. Sculptra's collagen-stimulating properties make it an incredible option where natural volume restoration and skin tightening is needed. Our team has spent years studying how to adjust the placement to compliment the anatomy and goals of the treatment. We are able to restore lost volume, improve firmness, and enhance the breast size in a way that looks and feels natural.

Can you explain how Morpheus8 works and why it’s especially effective for breast tightening and lifting?

Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency and microneedling to target different layers of the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. Can you take our readers through the whole process of your breast enhancement procedure? 

Every client begins their journey with us with a complimentary consultation. Here, we discuss their aesthetic goals, assess their medical history, and tailor a customized treatment plan. Before their service appointment, every client must be cleared by their medical provider for the services they wish to receive. Once medically cleared, clients meet with one of our Breast Aesthetic Providers for treatment. Some sessions take as little as an hour. Several of our clients even come in during their lunch break and return to work after. We’ve designed the experience to be as safe, educational, and seamless as possible.
 

What results can clients typically expect from these treatments? (e.g., duration, visible changes, number of sessions) 

All of our treatments are done over multiple sessions and customized to each client’s unique needs. We’re always transparent about setting realistic expectations. This is a non-surgical approach, so results take time and won’t be as immediate or dramatic as surgery. Treatments are usually spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, depending on healing and the client's skin type. Clients often start to see subtle changes around 4 weeks after the first session, with full results becoming visible about 3 months after the final session. Many people are wary of surgery. What are the main benefits of your minimally invasive treatments over traditional plastic surgery? 

Surgery is a great option for many, but we have found that there is a large group of people who aren’t comfortable with going under the knife for various reasons. What makes Cleavage Clinic special is that our treatments offer a natural-looking result with minimal to no downtime. Clients can return to normal activities immediately after their appointment, there’s no anesthesia involved, and there is no scarring. We offer a safer, more subtle alternative for those looking to enhance their bodies without the complications of surgery.
 
How does your pricing compare to that of traditional surgical breast augmentation? 

Transparency is at the forefront of our core values. While traditional breast augmentation in New York City can cost upwards of $30.000, our package prices range from $4.400 to $9.400, which are all advertised on our website. We take the time to educate our clients on the services we offer, walk them through the treatment process, and share real before-and-after photos so they can understand the type of result they can expect. There’s absolutely no pressure to move forward because we want every client to feel comfortable, confident, and fully informed before making a decision.

Surgery has long dominated the conversation around enhancement, leading people to believe it was their only choice. Now that more natural, minimally invasive options are becoming accessible, people are excited to explore alternatives that align better with their goals and lifestyle.

Yes, most of our clients are women in their late 20s to early 40s who are looking for subtle, natural-looking enhancements. Some are postpartum and want to restore firmness or volume, while others are simply exploring preventative options. We’ve also treated women who’ve had previous breast surgery and are now looking for non-invasive ways to maintain or refine their results.

How do you see the aesthetic industry evolving over the next 5 years, and what’s next for Cleavage Clinic? Are you looking to expand services or locations? 

We believe the demand for subtle, minimally invasive enhancements is only going to increase.
