BISTRO FÉLINE OPENS ITS DOORS: THE CHARM OF PARIS IN THE JORDAAN

Bistro Féline recently opened at  Lindengracht 90, dedicated to reminiscing the exquisite Parisian charm of bistros, led by chef Dennis Huwaë.

Upon visiting the bistro our Editor-in-Chief Timotej said, "It's one of a kind, the highlight was the wagyu beef and the immense selection of wines". He described Féline as the perfect spot for dinner and lunch, be it a date or a catch-up with your friends.

Dishes are individually paired with wines selected by the chef, moreover, the menu changes with the season and the capabilities of local suppliers.

Changing daily the dishes are new twists on classic bistro favourites, such as Wagyu Charcuterie, Homemade Comté Croquette With Zaanse Mustard, French Onion Soup With Gruyère or Bisque Infused With Kaffir as starters. For main the selection is just as thrilling, think Lobster À La Nage With Orzo And Shellfish or Gnocchi Reblochon And Hazelnuts.

Dessert represents the intersection between Dutch and French cuisine, such as Moelleux With ‘bitterkoekjes’ Ice Cream, Choux With Praliné And Coffee or Stroopwafel.

Bistro Féline is an excellent example of modern dining while keeping the definitive Parisian classyness appeal and charisma. Féline truly brings the two cities together, blending their charm in perfect harmony.
