G-STAR INTRODUCES BOTTER AS CREATIVE DIRECTORS

For its premium collections, G-STAR announced Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh as Creative Directors. They are introducing the RAW RESEARCH collection that will debut during Paris Fashion Week, in January 2026.

BOTTER was established as a fashion label in 2017, and since then the project has grown massively, winning the Hyères Grand Prix and the ANDAM Fashion Award. Not only that, Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh worked as Creative Directors of Nina Ricci from 2018-2022. Now they are taking on a new creative challenge, they are set to push boundaries, establish a progressive vision and bring bold ideas into the discourse on the future of denim.

"I have great memories of G-STAR from the late ‘90s. The designs, the styles I wore, and the influence the brand had on denim culture. It's an exciting opportunity to now be part of this next chapter” says Rushemy Botter. Since its start in 1989, G-STAR has worked with global icons such as Pharrell Williams, Marc Newson, Aitor Throup, Stephen Jones, Anton Corbijn, Ottolinger, and Walter Van Beirendonck.
