LOUIS VUITTON UNVEILS THEIR NEW SIGNATURE BAG: “EXPRESS”

Louis Vuitton is known for their love for travel, for the ritual of it, for the unpredictable wonder and excitement that lies in it. Their new signature bag is a tribute to this ethos: is feminine but functional. I wonder…could this be the next “it bag” of the year? 

Of course, this isn’t the house’s first time producing luxory luggage. In fact, the now-cult classic Speedy bag was originally named Express when it debuted in the 1930s. This new design builds on that legacy, crafted in grained leather and velvet calfskin, featuring Louis Vuitton’s signature Monogram Canvas and Monogram jacquard lining. These are the very elements that define the brand’s identity.

Functionality takes center stage here. With a variety of handles and a double strap, the bag offers multiple styling options: wear it over the shoulder, across the body, carried in hand, or resting at the elbow. Naturally, it also comes in three sizes and a timeless colour palette of black and hazelnut, along with a fresh addition, Ivory with Olympe Blue.
