The wait is almost over! "Wednesday," known for its mysterious story and unique gothic style, is finally returning for its second season, and Netflix has just dropped the official trailer for the highly anticipated next chapter! Mark your calendars: the second season of Wednesday will be released in two parts. Part 1 premieres on August 6, 2025, followed by Part 2 on September 3, 2025.

The storyline for Season 2 sees Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) return to Nevermore Academy, a gothic institution where new adversaries and challenges emerge. This season, Wednesday will navigate the complex relationships with her family and friends, confront old enemies, and immerse herself in a fresh supernatural mystery that has yet to unfold! As the first season focused on a murder mystery and Wednesday's developing psychic abilities, Season 2 will continue to delve deeper into the power supernatural and the iconic lore of the Addams family. 

Alongside Jenna Ortega, many beloved cast members are returning, including Emma Myers as Enid, Joy Sunday as Bianca, and Hunter Doohan as Tyler Galpin. Exciting new talent joins the cast, including legendary actor Steve Buscemi as the new principal, and Christopher Lloyd (who famously played Uncle Fester in the "Addams Family" movies) in an undisclosed role. Other new additions include Thandiwe Newton, Billie Piper, and even Lady Gaga in a special guest role.

We couldn't be more excited to watch this eerie story unfold on screen. It's time to start speculating and placing your bets on what dark twists and turns this season holds!
