WHO NEEDS TO MAKE THEIR OWN LUCK WHEN YOU HAVE LUCKY HOBO?
Lucky Hobo is the most rebellious companion imagined by Jérôme Dreyfuss. The French designer took inspirations from the 90s to drive us in a Pop Rock world.
Bursting with subtle details and clever design, Lucky Hobo is above all supremely practical: a good luck charm to have and to hold, for everyday chic and convenience. As Jérôme Dreyfuss says: "You make your own good luck." And this Lucky bag will help you lead a charmed existence.
Its distinctive shape and exclusive design hug the body of the person wearing it, becoming the closest friend all day and into the night. Its dual closure-snaps and a zipper, takes an old-school look and fast forwards it to today's trendsetting edge.
Lucky Hobo boasts overstitching and metallic accessories, and its multiple pockets highlight its practical side.
Lucky Hobo is Jérôme Dreyfuss' way of proving that we can all make our own happiness.
Flaunting the fine craftsmanship of the brand's workshops, he is functional, comfortable and elegant. This daily companion light up your every move and moment. Lucky Hobo makes its own good luck, and you wear it like a charm. Lady Luck smiles at you in the form of a wide metal zipper.
Founded in 2002, Jérôme Dreyfuss was an instant hit with Parisian women. Its very first collection of leather accessories, entitled Roots de Luxe, reflects a desire to make products that are not ostentatious, even though they are made from the finest leather and top-grade materials. Luxury is now more authentic, carefree and accessible, less contrived and austere. In fact, true luxury is all about being free to express your own personal style.
As of April 2025, the luxury leather goods brand Jérôme Dreyfuss will welcome Dutch customers at its brand new boutique on Keizersgracht. The French designer has decided to set up shop at the heart of the Dutch capital, offering a new brand venue to his increasingly international clientele. His signature ‘Parisian cool’ has crossed the border and feels right at home in this neighboring country: here too, fashion is all about fun, taking on life with tongue in cheek. Plus, like Jérôme Dreyfuss, Amsterdam upholds the values of ecology and sustainability.
The leather goods designer has once again teamed up with Belgian architect Guillaume Van Wassenhove for this new venue. He drew his inspiration from George Nakashima, a Japanese-American architect famous for his philosophy of wood as a muse, and his organic approach to design. Each of his pieces is unique: the wood selected is always shaped to preserve its essence and character. The soul of the wood should speak for itself.
This new boutique, imbued with a Japanese feel, features furniture made from rough-cut oak stands holding smaller planks propped up with wooden stakes. This shelving is home to the classics of the Jérôme Dreyfus collection: Bobi, Lulu and Pépito, all reveling in the sleek, modern decor. The organic shapes epitomize the ‘perfectly imperfect’, echoing the designer’s distinctive vision.
Upholding his commitment to make our world more sustainable, Jérôme Dreyfuss has used locally-sourced French wood from responsibly managed forests.
Through this new boutique, Jérôme Dreyfuss has created a space of his very own, at the crossroads of craftsmanship, simplicity and modern style, waiting to be discovered at the heart of Amsterdam.
