BISTRONOMIC BLISS FACING THE SACRÉ-CŒUR
Nestled on a quiet pedestrian street in Montmartre, Fana is the lovechild of childhood flavors and serious culinary ambition. Chefs Gabriel Gras Fernandez and Jorice Sardain — childhood friends turned chef duo — bring their shared obsession with good produce to life here, mixing the rigor of fine dining with the warmth of a local bistro.
What we tried:
Tarama Cabillaud/Anchois, Huile de Crustacé — Hands down the best tarama of my life.
Jambon des 3 Fermes Louis Ospital, Beurre Guindilla — Quality bites, simple yet elevated.
Chou Pointu, Pickles de Chou-Rave, Condiment Rhubarbe Betterave — Chou in all its glory, a dance between bitterness and sweetness.
Poulette Gars Daudet, Carottes Rôties, Estragon, Sauce Poulette — Tender, juicy, comforting.
CACAHUÈTE Paris-Brest — Dreamy. Peanut praline, crème anglaise, perfection.
FRAISE Tarte Gariguette — Fresh strawberries, olive oil, and chantilly — summer in a bite.
Everything here is thoughtful, generous, and deeply satisfying — just like the chefs behind it.
A must for anyone craving soul-driven cuisine with a Montmartre view.
Fana Bistro — 14 rue Ferdinand Flocon, 75018 Paris.
