FISMULER IS NOW IN LISBON

Originally based in Madrid, fismuler has since expanded to Barcelona and now recently made its international debut in Lisbon last summer. Honoring its roots, the menu boasts a myriad of Spanish classics with a emphasis on fresh and high quality produce, promising an authentic taste of home.

Located in the bustling heart of the city at the new ME Lisbon by Meliá hotel, Fismuler offers guests a charming place to unwind. Live music and warm interiors create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The hotel and kitchen melt into a single, seamless landscape that keeps the space lively, open, and effortlessly connected.

The menu features a selection of the most popular dishes from Madrid’s fismuler, with a focus on incorporating only the freshest seasonal products, made possible through a switch to Portuguese suppliers. The dishes represent an elevated taste of Spain and a clear emphasis on quality. Among the most famous dishes are the Crunchy pig’s ear bocata with salsa brava, the Semi-cured sea bream, and the ultra-beloved Escalope San Román with egg and truffle.

The kitchen is led by Nino Redruello, who comes from a generational line of restauranteurs, dating back to 1919. His passion for cooking started young, through working at his family’s first restaurant, His gastronomical style closely follows his grandmothers’ influence, with an emphasis for simple, yet delicious meals. Though simplicity is highly valued, Nino’s keen eye for detail ensures that the restaurant flows smoothly and his vision remains ever-present in his cooking.
