Luxury hospitality brand Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is continuing its global expansion with the announcement of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech, a major new development slated to open in 2028. Set along the prestigious Route de l’Ourika on the outskirts of Marrakech, the property promises to merge the city’s vibrant cultural energy with the tranquil backdrop of the Atlas Mountains.

Positioned as a fully integrated lifestyle destination, the project marks a significant evolution for the brand’s Hotels & Resorts division. The development will encompass a luxury resort, branded residences, and a signature beach club, all located just 20 minutes from Marrakech Menara Airport. Designed to blend modern Moroccan aesthetics with lush, oasis-inspired surroundings, the property aims to redefine luxury hospitality in North Africa.
At the heart of the development, the resort will feature more than 100 private suites, ranging from intimate 45-square-meter accommodations to expansive, high-end offerings, including a standout Celebration Suite exceeding 500 square meters. Guests will have access to multiple dining venues—from all-day concepts to signature restaurants—alongside outdoor bars and curated leisure spaces designed for both relaxation and social connection.
Complementing the hotel is an exclusive residential enclave of more than 50 serviced villas. Each residence is designed with privacy and luxury in mind, featuring amenities such as private pools, outdoor jacuzzis, sunken gardens, and dedicated parking. Interconnected by landscaped pathways and tranquil lagoons, the villas will offer residents seamless access to the resort’s full suite of services, including wellness facilities and beach club experiences.
Wellbeing is central to the project’s vision. A comprehensive wellness centre will include traditional hammams, saunas, steam rooms, therapy suites, and a lap pool, alongside a beauty and health space and juice bar. The property will also feature an extensive underground sports complex with a 500-square-meter gym, yoga studios, squash courts, a golf simulator, and even a private cinema room. Outdoor amenities will include tennis and padel courts, while a dedicated kids club will offer curated programming for younger guests.
Serving as the social centrepiece, the brand’s beach club will bring the brand’s signature daylife experience to Marrakech. Anchored by a sprawling main pool with floating platforms and pool beds, the space will feature sunken bars, a DJ booth, live performance areas, and multiple dining concepts. A curated retail component—including a lifestyle boutique and a selection of local goods—will further connect the experience to both global and regional culture. Open to both guests and visitors, the beach club is expected to become one of the city’s most dynamic social hubs.
The Marrakech project joins an ambitious pipeline of developments for Nikki Beach, with upcoming destinations planned in Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, Baku, and Muscat. Together, these projects reflect the brand’s continued push to expand its footprint across key global luxury markets.
“Marrakech is a destination that embodies culture, energy, and timeless allure,” said Rémi Delpech, COO of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. “We are creating far more than a resort. We are developing a complete lifestyle ecosystem that brings together a luxury hotel, private residences, a dynamic beach club experience, alongside a number of wellness and lifestyle offerings.”
With its ambitious scale and immersive concept, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech is already shaping up to be one of the most anticipated luxury openings of 2028—further cementing the brand’s reputation for blending hospitality, entertainment, and lifestyle into a singular global experience.
