ROSEWOOD OPENS A NEW CHAPTER: AND WE’RE LOVING IT

words NATALIE GAL

Rosewood is expanding its global footprint, new properties are confirmed and in development all over the world, now we’re here to spill some of our favorite upcoming locations.

Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin marks the brand’s first mountain retreat, tucked high up in the French Alps. But if you’re more of a valley person, Rosewood Calistoga is coming to Napa Valley, a 118-acre hillside estate devoted to well-being and laid-back Californian luxury.

You see, dear reader, all these marvelous properties have their own distinctive focus. At Rosewood Seoul, you’ll feel modern Korean sophistication, at Rosewood Blue Palace Crete, it’s all about Greek craftsmanship and coastal aesthetics, and at Rosewood Red Sea in Saudi Arabia, the experience focuses on the balance between desert, sea, this special environmental heritage.

But honestly, the portfolio is so extensive it’s hard to pick favorites. Looking at each property, you just keep thinking, “Oh, this one — and this one too.” We might be biased, but Rosewood Amsterdam feels like an ode to old-school Dutch elegance, it’s definitely a standout. With 41 hotels and resorts (and counting), choosing a single favorite might just be impossible.

The brand began back in the late ’70s, and those iconic aesthetics still shine through today: comforting, a little over the top, yet beautifully elegant. The new imagery has us completely smitten, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.

Don’t worry, dear reader: we’ll keep you posted.
