THE ANNUAL BOTTEGA FOR BOTTEGAS 2026 HAS ARRIVED

Despite sounding awfully similar, bodega and bottega are actually NOT the same thing. “What’s your bottega order,” in this case might just get you a beautiful leather piece, instead a ham and cheese on a roll, a small bag of chips, and an orange drink. If you know, you know. For all of us, unfamiliar with the Italian language, Bottega Veneta can be loosely translated as Venetian workshop.

Bottega Veneta might be one of the most exciting fashion houses to look at today but when it started in 1966, its primary focus was leather goods. Though a lot has changed since and the brand expanded beyond its native Vicenza, one thing remained the same — brand’s ethos and appreciation of its Venetian workshop roots. Aiming to preserve its history and celebrate its achievements, in 2021 Bottega Veneta launched Bottega for Bottegas initiative to support smaller-scale artisans.

This year, the collection pays tribute to three cities —Venice, Milan and New York — all integral to brand’s evolution with three artisanal pieces. Milanese Ganci Argenterie created two silverplate glasses, Sterling silver cocktail sticks with a knot detail came courtesy of Heath Wagoner based in New York, and Venetian Paolo Olbi handbound notebooks intended for journaling about drinks and food and evening reflections.

Standout piece on their own, together they create a perfect set for a cosy night in.
