When adidas and Audi Revolut F1 Team unveiled their inaugural collection in January, the focus was on outfitting an entire F1 operation -- drivers, engineers, mechanics and fans were all considered within a 160-piece range built around performance, utility and team identity. "The collection features adidas' signature design and best-in-class technology at the forefront," said Michael Batz, Motorsport Category GM at adidas, at the time of the partnership's launch.
Now we're in full swing of the race season, the collaboration is moving further into lifestyle territory, and just in time for the Monaco GP this weekend. The latest drop offers new additions to Elevated, a fashion-focused line that strips F1 merch back to its essentials, adidas stylie. Expecct oversized tees, technical jackets, sweatshirts and wide-leg trousers along with accessories that include bags and bucket hats in a coordinating palette of charcoal, black and soft white, punctuated by flashes of Audi's signature red.
Logos are embossed rather than printed, while team references remain subtle. The focus here is on silhouette, fabrication and proportion, with a nod to fandom in an if-you-know-you-know gesture. Technical outerwear, oversized separates and minimalist accessories come together as a contemporary capsule wardrobe built for everyday wear, not just the paddock.
As the sport continues its evolution into a global cultural force, Elevated reflects a growing appetite for merchandise that functions as fashion first. More than fanwear, it taps into the lifestyle surrounding F1 today; instead of asking supporters to wear the team, it invites them to adopt its aesthetic.
Available now through adidas and Audi retail channels, the latest Elevated drop reinforces the partnership's fashion-led approach to F1 fanwear.
