HIGHSTAY MAISONS, PYRAMIDES: A NEW CHAPTER IN PARISIAN LUXURY HOSPITALITY
words by JANA LETONJA
Founded in 2020, Highstay has swiftly emerged as a transformative force in luxury hospitality. With a clear mission to reinvent high-end travel experiences, the brand offers private residences that combine the refinement of a 5-star hotel with the warmth and privacy of a Parisian home.
Highstay bridges the gap between traditional luxury hotels and premium private rentals. Its hybrid concept is tailored for modern travelers who value authenticity, intimacy, and top-tier service. Guests can choose from an exclusive collection of meticulously renovated apartments located in Paris’s most iconic neighborhoods - such as the Champs-Élysées, Le Marais, Louvre-Rivoli, and Saint-Honoré. Each residence exudes Haussmannian charm while incorporating contemporary design, comfort, and smart technology.
What sets Highstay apart is its dedication to personalized service. A team of hospitality professionals - including guest managers, housekeepers, concierges, and butlers - works seamlessly to anticipate every need. From pre-arrival grocery stocking and in-apartment breakfasts to private Seine cruises and yoga sessions, Highstay ensures that every stay is uniquely tailored and effortlessly luxurious.
In 2025, Highstay introduced two major expansions:
Highstay Maisons: This new collection begins with “Boétie,” a fully or partially privatizable Haussmann building near the Champs-Élysées. Boétie offers 17 elegant apartments across five floors, with premium amenities, personalized concierge services, and a refined, residential atmosphere ideal for both short- and long-term stays.
Highstay Villas: Moving beyond Paris, Highstay has launched seaside retreats in Ibiza and Saint-Tropez. These villas combine striking architecture with lush natural surroundings and are designed for total relaxation. Each villa includes exclusive services such as private chefs, spa treatments, and yacht excursions—bringing Highstay’s Parisian flair to the Mediterranean.
To meet the growing demand among luxury property owners, Highstay has also launched “Curated by Highstay,” a property management service for exceptional apartments. This allows owners to benefit from Highstay’s expertise in high-end hospitality while maintaining the uniqueness of their space.
And responding to the evolving travel landscape, Highstay now offers extended stays (over 30 days) in its premium apartments. These long-term options cater to expatriates, professionals on assignment, or anyone seeking an elegant and peaceful base in Paris.
Parisian Heritage Reimagined with Maisons Pyramides
Redefining elegance in the heart of the French capital, Highstay has announced the launch of Pyramides, the latest addition to its Highstay Maisons collection. This new destination merges the essence of classic Parisian charm with the refined functionality and discreet luxury that Highstay has come to represent.
From the Louvre to Place Vendôme, the location is a narrative in itself - rich in history, art, and timeless beauty. Nestled between iconic Parisian landmarks, Pyramides offers guests an intimate retreat that captures both the cultural depth and modern sophistication of the city.
The new residence comprises eight high-end apartments, each thoughtfully designed with between one and three bedrooms. The interiors are bathed in natural light, with a palette of textures and materials carefully chosen for their elegance and durability. Each space feels both modern and timeless—a hallmark of Highstay’s design philosophy.
This vision has been brought to life by Parisian architect Sarah Dray, whose partnership with Highstay dates back to the brand’s inception in 2020. “We respect the soul of the place,” she says, emphasizing a design ethos that honors original architectural features like restored mouldings and enhanced parquet floors while incorporating contemporary influences drawn from fashion and art.
