CASABLANCA’S PRE-FALL 2025 COLLECTION CAPTURES THE ESSENCE OF JAPAN
The Casablanca Pre-Fall 2025 collection is a reflection of Japan’s layered identity - its dualities, contrasts, and intricacies. Informed by over twenty years of travel and discovery, Founder and Creative Director Charaf Tajer combines Japanese tradition, modern culture, and Casablanca’s distinct visual language into a collection that captures the rhythm of everyday life.
The campaign, guided by Brand Art Director Steve Grimes, unfolds like scenes from a film, presenting a romantic, slightly futuristic interpretation of Japanese iconography. Photographer Richie Talboy brings his signature approach to visual storytelling, merging in-camera techniques with post-production creating a surreal atmosphere. Director Andree Dubois extends this vision in the campaign film creating a distorted cinematic reality.
Recreating the rush of information and overstimulation, models, cast as characters stand before an endless grid of glowing screens, each one pulsing with imagery spanning nature, architecture, sound, design, and space. Elsewhere, they lounge on iconic furniture, bathed in sunset sky. A garden of Japanese maple trees offers a sense of calm and balance, nodding to the elegance and slowness of old Japan.
Casablanca Pre-Fall 2025 is available on casablancaparis.com and at select boutiques worldwide.
