DESPERADOS IS LOOKING FOR ITS FIRST-EVER HEAD OF LATIN VIBE

This summer, Desperados is bringing the energy of Latin American street parties to Dutch festivals with Avenida Desperados - a colourful celebration of rhythm, spontaneity, and pure vibe. Desperados is on the hunt for its first-ever Head of Latin Vibe. Your mission is simple: bring the party, light up festivals like Pinkpop, Solar, and Down The Rabbit Hole, and turn every moment into something unforgettable – all while sharing it with the world.

Desperados is looking for someone 25 or older, full of energy, social media savvy, and no stranger to the festival scene. You’ll need to be available on weekends between June and September and ready to capture the spirit of the Latin Vibe wherever it goes. This dream summer job comes with a paid contract over four summer months, access to more than ten top festivals across the country, and a ticket for a plus-one to every event. You’ll have campsite access at multi-day festivals, rock a custom Desperados outfit, and receive expert social media training to capture the vibe just right.
