The culinary vision at 10_11 centers on simple, heartfelt Italian cooking built around seasonal ingredients, bold flavours, and traditional family sharing. Since opening in December 2022, signature menu items have included classic comfort dishes such as Mondeghili, La Pasta in bianco, Spaghetti al pomodoro served with bread for scarpetta, and iconic desserts like millefoglie, gelato, and tiramisu.
