BRAZILIAN STAR MOCHAKK LAUNCHES NEW ERA WITH DISORDER RECORDS RELEASES

We’ve always kept a close eye on the house music scene, and Brazilian star Mochakk continues to be one of its most exciting figures. He has just announced two new releases with the highly influential Disorder Records, the start of a bold new chapter in his career.

Mochakk is best known for his electrifying live sets, but his ambitions go far beyond the stage. This July, he debuted his very own festival, Mochakk Calling, in Malta. Now, for the first time in Australia, Mochakk Calling will take place in Sydney on October 4th.

His latest track Legumes dropped on August 22nd, with Hypersilent to follow soon after, both through Disorder. For an artist already so in demand, partnering with a label that represents some of the greatest names in the scene only highlight his rising status.

In recent years, Mochakk has brought his unique energy to Miami, São Paulo, London, Lisbon, and New York, and even made a standout debut at Glastonbury. And if these new projects are any indication, this is just the beginning of an even bigger journey. According to him:

“I’ve been into UK drill for a while, and KWENGFACE has that raw grit I was looking for and I have a huge respect for him as an artist. ‘Legumes’ came together with layers full of flavour, and it really hits. The lyrics keep it real, and we had such a good time bringing it to life. Disorder was the perfect kitchen to cook this one up.”

“Legumes” brings the hypnotic groove we’ve come to expect from Mochakk, while vocals from acclaimed UK drill artist KWENGFACE, with his sharp, witty delivery, take it to another level. Want to hear it for yourself? I’m not surprised, and you can check it out for yourself by clicking here.
