GET SUMMER READY WITH NUDE PROJECT IN THEIR LATEST COLLECTION‘MÁS VINO JAJAJA’

words FLYNN LANZ

Raise your glass to Nude Project’s second Spring/Summer 2025 collection: ‘Más Vino Jajaja’. With being an international hallmark of streetwear design made “by Artists, for Artists”, this iconic Spanish brand is both fast growing and a standout within the fashion scene.

Inspired by the timeless aesthetic of Slim Aarons, a free spirited architect of César Manrique, and the soulful personal of Omar Sharif in Lanzarote, ‘Más Vino Jajaja’ celebrates the intimacy of life through shared experiences of joy, long post-meal conversations filled with laughter, and fleeting romances. By drawing upon their young roots and directing our attention to the simple pleasures of slow living, this collection pays tribute to Mediterranean hedonism.

The warm Spanish sun acts as a key component to Nude’s latest campaign, highlighting a motif of summer in this collection that accentuates a feeling of enjoyment and relaxation. From the release of essential graphic tees, linen shirts, and breezy sets, alongside nuanced dresses, carpenter shorts with floral embroidery, and textured 3D shirts. Completing these new iconic designs, Nude Project adorns us with iconic cherry-shaped bags, caps with artisanal appliqués, and complementing hand-painted seashell necklaces. This limited capsule is born with a playful proposal to capture an imperfect summer full of unexpected moments.

This campaign was shot by Pepe Herreros at the notable Hotel César Lanzarote, providing us with a narrative that embodies the feeling of a carefree summer - the essence of this collection. With a visual analog style that stimulates warmth and promotes humour-filled creativity, the campaign centres on the notion of simple living and the joys of no obligations. This drop continues the emotional journey started by Bambino - leaving behind childhood introspection to ensure life is lived with pleasure. The ‘Más Vino Jajaja’ collection is a symbolic preview of what summer means for Nude Project, a fresh insight that celebrates the madness, freedom and pleasures that comes with this season. It asks us to not pay attention to the clocks, filters, and alarms but to merely drink wine with your friends.

Kicking off the collection is a summer re-interpretation of a classic outerwear denim jacket. This timeless classic is available in dark denim and a worn-wash that features a relaxed look whilst being elevated with thoughtful details: stone-effect buttons, minimalist embroidery, and a miniature pink patchwork logo. The embossed technique used for this piece adds a 3D texture, creating both depth and character to your standard denim jacket. This is further complimented by a lineup of standout carpenter-style trousers that feature a unique back pocket shaped like a vase with embroidered flowers in bloom and complimenting floral designs scattered along its surface. Being a summer collection, you are right to expect two distinct shorts that have their own personality: the first is a denim pair with a badepa relaxed fit with floral accents embroidered on the back, and the other is white denim with a raw-edge finish, a red enamel button and matching details. These four items become a new staple for Nude Project as it promotes the exploration of summer without the sacrifice of sophistication.

With a return to graphic tees, Nude Project revives this design in their latest drop through iconic phrases and playful compositions, going hand-in-hand with embroidered sweatshirts and vintage inspired varsity jackets. These new designs nod to classical art and the philosophy of good living through its distinctive illustrations, centralising its theme of summer in its design. If you are wanting a slower summer, Nude also offers us tracksuit sets made for the everyday flow. Featuring various colourways in natural and warm tones, these sets combine comfort with a summer-ready style; creating effortless enjoyment. Nude continues to remind us that linen shirts are an essential for summer weather which is why in this collection they give us a sky blue and pastel yellow long sleeve version - standing out both in its wavy texture and airy feel. This piece can be worn both solo or as a set as it echoes the same flower embroidery and vase pocket as seen in the pants - building a narrative for this collection.

This light artisanal charm continues to link each item in the collection and remains apparent throughout the various new standout women’s pieces, showcasing a handcrafted lightness in the women’s set which embraces a halter-style top with an open back and matching shorts. This flirty and comfortable set reinvents classic sporty stripes with crochet details, making it versatile for any occasion and getaways. This collection continues a stripe theme for the womenswear as it also features a breathtaking navy and yellow horizontal striped dress. This dress is the epitome of sailor style whilst adding a chic modern twist that combines short sleeves and a collared design - enhancing its sexiness with an effortless balance of elegance and casualness.

To put the cherry on top of this summer showcase is the carefully curated selection of accessories which seamlessly combine functionality and character to any outfit. The enrichment of Nude Project’s accessories in this collection is playfully evident through The Cherry Bag, shaped like a cherry and made from authentic PU leather, meanwhile the Tina Bag, made from soft leather, provides a more genuine and spacious design. The classic shopper bag has been re-invented with the “AMOR DE VERANO” print on canvas surface. Completing this collection is of course teh Cap Arena, a short visor and tapestry applique, and the Shell Necklace, made of ceramic shells and a pearl necklace accent featuring a metallic smiley and high-quality gold and silver plating. These pieces truly spotlight the innovation of Nude Project and the warm embrace of summer with versatile designs made for anyone

With an amplification of creative talent, Nude Project is a brand that promotes a platform for people who believe you don’t have to follow the imposition of societal rules. This nuanced brand ethos is evidently carried throughout all previous campaigns and now into their latest 2025 Collection, ‘Más Vino Jajaja’. This campaign is an endless toast to luxury and beauty within the everyday: motivating us to dance without reason, cheer for the sake of cheering, and surrender to the unexpected.
