PROVINCIA: FROM TRADITION TO MODERN FLAVOURS

Provincia, open since late 2020 on a bright corner of Avenida da República, brings together the best products and traditional recipes from Portuguese and Italian provinces, reimagined with a modern twist. The menu emphasizes seasonal ingredients while focusing on comfort and rich flavours in every dish.

The restaurant collaborates with renowned suppliers like Frangos do Além for their chicken cabidela, Aparroz for rice from the Vale do Sado, and SEL - Salsicharia Estremocense for a variety of sausages. Part of the Pasta non Basta Group, Provincia is led by chef Mário Cardeira and features an interior designed by architect Inês Moura, combining kitsch charm with elegant pink marble accents.
